As a 17-year veteran of residential mortgage financing, I have weathered many storms and seen plenty of changes in the industry. As a takeaway, I realize what a courteous, proactive and knowledgeable loan officer means to the consumer and the transaction. I truly enjoy the process — from taking an application, to accompanying my client to the closing. I have experience with just about every loan program currently available, including FHA, VA, conventional, USDA, CP, refinance, short sales, and foreclosure properties.
